In English we have been writing setting descriptions.
In Geography we have been looking at the rainforest
Year 4 have been enjoying reading for pleasure in the mornings.
In science we have been revisiting the topics we have looked at this term. We have been linking these topics to the real world.
In art we created clay dragon heads inspired by Viking boats.
We have been creating art influenced by the rainforest.
This term in Maths year 4 have been looking at Statistics as well as Position and direction. They have been looking at graphs and using coordinates.
Science - Students made models of human teeth after learning about the different types of teeth and their purposes.
Cooking and Nutrition - students followed the process to make pasta salad and discussed which nutrients our bodies were getting from the recipe!
