Year 4 have been using interactive tools to create simple and complex tessellations. We have been creating repeating patterns and thinking how we can make them more complex.

Art Week

For Art week, Year 4 focused on Corey Barksdale. He was an American artist and muralist. He was known for his brightly coloured murals and paintings. Over the week we looked at his famous works and reflected on his art. We then got to re-create 2 of his famous pieces of work. We really enjoyed using different combinations like oil pastels and paint to make our art POP!
