History Trip to the National Army Museum

Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed exploring the museum’s wide range of artefacts, including tanks and helicopters. They also had the opportunity to dress up in military and other period uniforms. The visit left them enthusiastic and far more informed about what life was like during World War II.

 

 

Food and Nutrition Week

Year 6 love cooking and baking. Here the children made a vegetable stir-fry with Marlon, our school chef.  

Maths

Maths games, even in Year 6, play a vital role in building confidence and strengthening key skills.

 

Science

Science is a practical, engaging subject that our children eagerly look forward to each week.

 

Design and Technology Update

Design and Technology in Year 6

Year 6 are participating in a 6-week design and technology project. Each week they have a three hour workshop at the ShiftEd workspace in Holborn Library.
