Procedures for concerns or queries
At St Alban’s we value your opinions and welcome open communication between school and parents. Most questions or concerns can be solved very easily by talking to your child’s class teacher, who is the first person to contact.
If you would like to speak with other members of staff, such as the Assistant Headteachers or Headteacher, then please make an appointment through the school office.
If you feel your concern has not been dealt with to a satisfactory resolution, the school has a complaints policy which can be found in the ‘Key Information’ section under ‘Policies’.
